One of our students has been chosen to join the inaugural International Baccalaureate (IB) Youth Advisory Council—a distinguished group of just twelve young people from around the world.

The IB is a globally recognised education framework, followed by schools in over 160 countries, that develops students’ academic, personal, and global skills. As an IB World School, we proudly offer the IB in all grade levels, from Early Learning through to the Diploma Programme.

This first-ever Council includes students from Australia, Ecuador, Georgia, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru, Somalia, Switzerland, Tanzania, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Together, they will work with senior IB leaders to shape the education of nearly two million students worldwide, ensuring that the perspectives of young people help guide the future of learning.

It is an honour that reflects not only the calibre of the student selected but also the values of scholarship, leadership, and global citizenship at the heart of our school.
