As custodians of ISBerne’s long-term future, the Board of Directors is primarily responsible for ensuring the school is mission-driven.  Our Leadership Team, on the other hand, is tasked with ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school, and effective implementation of ISBerne policies. Our school greatly benefits from their expertise and dedication.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students. Our school has a code of conduct, a child protection policy, and procedures supporting our ongoing commitment. All staff have regular child protection training.

All employees are required to pass a security clearance. This takes the form of a criminal records report and a special excerpt from Swiss criminal records for those working with children.
