Who?
You are between 5 and 12 years old, in the local school system, with a reasonable command of spoken English. You love stories, word games and the sound of English. You would like to improve your language skills.
What?
We offer two classes:
E1 for 5-7 year old children
Phonics, rhymes, songs, games, show-and-tell, simple writing exercises, stories, easy readers (Oxford Reading Tree up to stage 6).
E2 for 7-12 year old children
Different types of text (factual and narrative), writing exercises, lateral thinking puzzles, phonics, library books, Oxford Reading Tree up to stage 15
When?
Wednesdays
E1/ session I: 13.30 - 15.00
E2/ session I: 13.30 - 15.00
E1/ session II: 15.30 - 17.00
E2/ session II: 15.30 - 17.00
Where?
In the ISBerne Elementary School building. Click here for directions.
Cost
CHF 450. - per semester
First semester starts on 2nd September 2009 and ends on 27th January 2010
Second semester starts on 3rd February 2010 and ends on 23rd June 2010
You commit your child to the whole semester after one try-out session. If you do not wish your child to continue in the next semester, two months withdrawal notice is required.
